Bemar continues ongoing work at Pier 5350 Apartments in Jacksonville, including clubhouse renovations, dock upgrades, balcony restoration, and roofing improvements. This multi-faceted project enhances safety, function, and aesthetics throughout the residential complex.
Patriot Springs on Market
Patriot Springs on Market is a full historic apartment renovation in Jacksonville’s Springfield neighborhood. When completed in July 2025, it will provide 17 safe, affordable homes for veterans and low-income residents. Bemar is gutting and rebuilding the property to restore its original character.
