Crossing at Wildlight Shopping Mall
Finished in 2022, Bemar delivered interior and exterior buildouts for this nearly 90,000-square-foot shopping center at the corner of FL-200 and William Burgess Boulevard. The large-scale development spans just under 17 acres and includes multi-tenant retail buildings, standalone commercial spaces, and several outparcels.
Harvey’s Supermarket
Completed in 2022, Bemar converted a former Winn-Dixie into a fully operational Harvey’s Supermarket with an in-store pharmacy. The transformation included extensive interior reconfiguration and upgrades to meet the brand’s standards, creating a functional retail environment for the neighborhood.
La Quinta Hotel
In 2023, Bemar completed a full renovation of this four-story hotel, transforming the interior and exterior to deliver a refreshed, modern guest experience. The project included upgrades to all rooms, corridors, and amenity spaces, enhancing comfort, functionality, and visual appeal throughout the property.
Valencia Way Apartments
Completed in 2021, Bemar led the full interior and exterior rehabilitation of Valencia Way Apartments. This large-scale project included brand-new community centers and modernized units, gaining recognition from city leaders and media for its positive impact on Jacksonville’s affordable housing.
LERETA Office Buildout
In 2023, Bemar completed a full two-floor tenant buildout for LERETA LLC in Jacksonville. The project delivered a sleek, functional office space designed for productivity and professionalism, with custom finishes and a focus on modern workplace design.
Pier 5350 Apartments
Bemar continues ongoing work at Pier 5350 Apartments in Jacksonville, including clubhouse renovations, dock upgrades, balcony restoration, and roofing improvements. This multi-faceted project enhances safety, function, and aesthetics throughout the residential complex.
Reef Retail Shopping Plaza
Reef Retail South is a 16,935-square-foot redevelopment in Atlantic Beach. Bemar is completing both interior and exterior buildouts for seven units, including a restaurant, barbershop, tattoo studio, and lounge, creating an upscale new shopping destination for the Mayport Road corridor.
Patriot Springs on Market
Patriot Springs on Market is a full historic apartment renovation in Jacksonville’s Springfield neighborhood. When completed in July 2025, it will provide 17 safe, affordable homes for veterans and low-income residents. Bemar is gutting and rebuilding the property to restore its original character.
Adoration Chapel at the Basilica
For the Diocese of St. Augustine, Bemar transformed an abandoned room in Jacksonville’s historic Basilica of the Immaculate Conception into a serene Adoration Chapel. Completed in 2023, the entirely interior build provides a sacred space for quiet prayer, meditation, and spiritual reflection.
